Owned by Darius Yaraghi of Yaraghi Realty, the company is also Safavieh Development which built the 1.4 million SF building in Tradeport East that houses Safavieh Rugs Distribution Center and other companies, including Hooker Furniture. The distribution center opened in 2022 and employs 40 people. Safavieh Development is also marketing other property in TPE.
